About Balance

Balance is a boutique resort of 21 single bedroom villas,

integrated into the tranquility of coastal natural environment with direct beach access, located on the eastern side of Koh Yao Noi, free from the urban noise pollution.
With beach access and the panoramic views of the idyllic limestone outcropping Islands of Phang Nga Bay, Balance provides its guests with a resort experience to relax, restore and regenerate ones-self.

Our team members are empowered to deliver empathetic, genuine service to ensure the vision and concept of the guest experience is achieved.

The architecture of the resort has had inputs from lead cognitive psychologists to ensure aesthetics convey and deliver on the vision and concept.

Location

The resort is located on the Eastern side of Koh Yao Noi,

the second largest Island within close proximity to Phuket. It is the sister Island of Koh Yao Yai, a larger but less developed Island.

Koh Yao Noi is a tranquil Island representing Thailand of 30 years ago. It has little resort development with the Iconic luxury brand Six Senses located 6km to the south presenting the same iconic views as Balance. With the preservation of the culture, environment, Iconic panoramic views and limited development, the room rate on Koh Yao Noi is the highest in Thailand. Tree Houses located 5km to the north, with less panoramic views is the second premium brand, and our main competitor.

The Island can be accessed by Ferry from Bang Rong Pier, approximately 30mins from Phuket International Airport with ferries on the half hour. The travel time to Manoh Pier is 30mins with a further 20mins car journey to Balance Resort, making the round trip inside 2hrs. Alternatively, private speedboats can be arranged bringing the gusts directly to the resort by beach access.

Built on a natural slope overlooking the sea, with 21 individual villas environments, Balance offers panoramic, Idyllic views of Phang Hga Bay, ensuring at the same time privacy and intimacy with the environmental surrounds.

The Villa’s unique design is based on the seed pods of the Jung tree in which the land is rich. Balance Villas, with no sharp edges, blend into the natural environment by combining with the landscape and offering the guest himself the feeling of being one with nature.

Villas are designed with interior and exterior elements of 5-star standards. Our clients expect functionality and features designed to elevate their daily experience. This includes the essential act of sleeping, bathing and relaxing.

Balance Villas offer an intimate environment in which to enjoy and relax, in such luxury that guests spend time inside their villa to fully enjoy the experience.

Environmental integration and preservation

With Environmental Impact study and certification, along with Eco Standard certification, Balance is built on a strong foundation of environmental integration and preservation.
Balance is proactive it the preservation of the natural environment and has initiatives to encourage natural bird life (Hormbills) through local university studies.

Our site layout is to provide guests with the experience of intimacy, be in touch with nature, and to obtain a genuine taste of Thailand.

Located on 4 Rai of beach front on “Long Beach”, as white sand beach facing Iconic Islands such as Koh Hong to greet the sunrise, it presents an unprecedented rise to the morning.

Accomodation

Balance will have 21 Villas: 17 independent pool villas and 4 Juzzuzzi Villas overlooking Phang Nga Bay. 
Each Villas is independent and provides the guest with intimacy, integration with nature and locality to all day dining, bar and outdoor / Indoor activities.

Reception

A lobby with full personalized staff is available, however we expect to minimize the administration impact to our client. This will be more of a meeting place than transactional.

Dining

Various dining options such as Alfresco, Fine Dining, (on the beach or in the Villa) ensure our guests' needs are met.

REACHABILITY

Accessible by road (15mins from Manoh Pier) or by beach, Balance is remote, but easily accessible. Our property is connected with 6 Rai of land in between 32 Rai of Tor Bor Hock Land. The Tor Bor Hock Land can be semi- developed with functional experiences such as Yogo Sala, Functional Gym, local Thai agriculture and other Minimalistic developments.

Our future expansion would be to develop the 6 Rai Nor Sor Sam Gor to a Glampinig, interconnected development to the beach front land.

Fine Dining

One of Balance key concepts is the fine dining and bar, that will be located at the pinnacle place in the property, overlooking the Phang Nga Bay Islands.

Fine dining will be exclusive, and open to outer guests such as Six Senses. Balance menu will be created by Executive chefs from Iron Chef with use of local produce to present a dining experience compatible with that of fine dining in the epsilon of  Phuket or Bangkok. Our goal is to provide guests with a dining experience that represents the experience of their stay in our resort.

Our Bar will have unique panoramic views, situated 30m overseeing the Phang Nga environmental landscape.  The beverage offering will be premium, served with the appropriate authenticity, and empathy that our team members represent.

Our fine dining experience will provide guests an exclusive dining experience accompanied with the celebrated Iron Chef menus. We will not hesitate to provide wine and cocktails which will accompany the dining experience. Our guests will not hesitate to explore the dining experience and will be prepared to expend on the experience to accompany their loved one.

Daily Dining

As per our marketing policy Balance will serve breakfast all-carte to the guest preference. This may be done in the villa (suited for dining) or at the alfresco dining area. 

Lunch can be provided at the Al-fresco dining area or pool bar.

Alternate dining can be beach BBQ (Seafood / Thai food) at beach dining or at the Al-fresco area.
